Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a hybrid contract opportunity.

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role requires a creative problem solver who can analyze user needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design seamless user experiences that align with our clients' marketing and creative goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, user behaviors, and pain points.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and visually compelling design.

• Analyze and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to refine designs.

• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI technologies.

• Work closely with creative teams to align UX strategies with branding and content guidelines.

• Utilize data and analytics to assess user engagement and make data-driven design improvements.

• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices in all design solutions.

  Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development teams.

• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives to create high-performing designs.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving approach.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
