Responsibilities
• New hire training• Defines, develops, implements job specific and AS400 training programs for 3rd Party Operations area to ensure associates have necessary skills, knowledge and information to support achievement of Company and Department goals.• Develops tools (job aides, computer based training, remote training, etc.) that support a blended learning method to achieve a successful training program.• Works with management in 3rd Party Operations Center to develop tools to evaluate the effectiveness of course content and ensure training program meets organizational needs.• Works with management in 3rd Party Operations Center to ensure proper knowledge of various department policies and procedures is understood.• Recommends improvements to training programs, content or delivery mechanisms.• Works with management in 3rd Party Operations Center to identify and prioritize organizational training needs and develops strategies to achieve learning objectives.• Be the subject matter expert on all 3rd Party systems, processes and pharmacy adjudication platforms.• Training on general workplace standards, processes and tools (e.g. company policies, timekeeping, etc.)• Training on general skills and competencies (e.g. verbal & written communication, spreadsheets, databases, time management, etc.)• Coordinate with Training associates within different departments to ensure consistency and maximize resource utilization.• Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience• Required: Associates degree, 4 year college , technical degree or 4 - 6 years equivalent experienceWork Experience• Required: 3+ years direct training experience• Desired: 3rd Party Billing or collections/billing experience in the healthcare industry, AS400 computer systems experience, Pharmacy Technician.Skills/Knowledge• Required: Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Word) and intermediate to Advanced computer knowledge• Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality• Desired: AS400 Computer Systems Experience

Salary Range
USD $19.23 / Hour
