Job Description:

This job is responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution that supports the strategic outcomes of the Business' Products and Services. Key responsibilities include defining the target operating environment, designing for client resiliency, assisting with solution design, and defining non-functional requirements. Job expectations include working with stakeholders and service providers aligned to the Business' strategic objectives, evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions, and contributing to the architecture roadmap.

Senior level Architect that can drive and deliver an overall vision/strategy, reference designs, and standards around the Bank's content inspection and malware prevention services, for both on-prem solutions, as well as in the cloud.

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years’ experience working with the following:

  • Senior level expertise in at least one of the following (in order of desirability): F5 (SSLO, ASM, ATM), McAfee Web Gateway, McAfee DLP, FireEye (NX/VX/CM)

  • Experience with standard enterprise security stack, Web Proxies with TLS interception(implicit/explicit)

  • Network deployments of malware prevention stacks, (e.g F5. Trellix/Fireeye MPS, EDR, DLP)

  • Integration with enterprise Identity and Access Mgmt. (IAM) solutions

  • Cloud based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies

  • Experience with AI/ML and model management

  • Extensive knowledge on fundamental networking concepts of DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Load balancing, IPS, basic routing/switching; excellent understanding of TCP/IP and packet analysis​

  • Basic understanding of Cryptography, SSL certificates, SSL decryption / offload methodologies, HSM/HSMaaS

Desired Qualifications:

  • ​​Senior level Architect that is capable of leading and building cross-functional teams to meet new critical or LOB driven objectives

  • Senior level Architect responsible for development of reference architectures and standards for both current and future service offerings in the Threat Prevention space

  • Senior level Architect responsible for thought leadership, mentoring and skill development of more junior product engineers

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Linux enterprise experience

  • Infrastructure as code/Scripting background

  • Design integration with cloud service providers such as Azure, Google, AWS, IBM​​
