Adecco US, Inc. Syndicated Loan Operations Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Join our client’s dynamic team as a Syndicated Loan Operations Analyst and play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of their global markets loan operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating all documentation related to the settlement of bank loan trades within the primary and secondary markets. This is a great opportunity to work closely with traders, salespeople, research analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external legal counsel, administrative agent banks, and various internal operations groups. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation ( $30.23/hour ) over a 12-month contract period.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in trading of syndicated loans in both the primary and secondary markets

  • Basic understanding of credit documentation (e.g., Credit Agreement) for detailed reviews.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with numbers/calculations.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment and liaise with all levels of the firm.

  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

  • Previous experience or knowledge of secondary loan trading is desirable but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent time management skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to process improvement.

  • Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and Settlement: Confirm loan documentation for accurate trade settlements, drafting and confirming loan documentation related to trade settlement within the syndicated loan market.

  • Trade Support: Provide syndicated loan trading support in the areas of trade closing, research support, sales support, and account management support.

  • Post-Trade Management: Manage post-trade activity and logistics, including document negotiation and trade settlement pricing.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process and technological enhancements to shorten closing times and reduce post-trade risk.

  • Validation and Reconciliation: Validate loan commitments, interest payments, fee payments, and monitor reports and reconciliations.

  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve operational problems, participate in ad hoc projects, and investigate and resolve breaks.

  • Loan Processing: Process loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems.

Pay Details: $30.23 per hour
