We are hiring picker/packers to work for a great company in South Charlotte,NC. You can expect to work under the day to day guidance of the warehouse supervisor. We are looking for engaged and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to work in the manufacting industry, today!

salary: $15.5 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities • Process requests and product orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; staging orders for shipping • Maintain inventory by following receiving procedures, restocking shelves and regular cycle counts • Provide responsive and friendly customer service • Computer use for e-mail, inventory tracking, shipping, receiving and other tasks • Contribute to team effort by being willing to perform tasks assigned and identifying tasks that need addressed. • Ability to communicate effectively with management • Comply with company safety and OSHA standards

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
