Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex cross-functional architecture/design and business problems: Drive improvements across portfolios by simplifying, optimizing, and removing bottlenecks in Python, Search, Java, Spring Boot, and Elastic Search.
Lead the development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions: Ensure flexibility, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and Elastic Search.
Independently lead projects with significant business implications: Participate in planning, priority estimates, and advise Software Engineers on backend development and search optimization.
Mentor and advise others in all software development lifecycle phases: Share an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls, focusing on Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
Support systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT): Ensure proper test coverage for large, complex, cross-functional application initiatives, particularly in backend development and Elastic Search.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development

Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $175,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
