Senior Integrity and Compliance Specialist (Labor & Employee function)
Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix
As a Sr. HR Investigator in the greater Labor/Employee function, you will be reporting directly to the US&C Investigations Manager. In this role you will perform routine and complex internal investigations of misconduct or defiance of policies and internal code of conduct. You will perform interviews both remote and face to face, review documents, communications, digital evidence, and other sources of information to thoroughly complete investigations.
You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigation reports (in our HR Acuity system) based upon findings and conclusions. You will act as a subject matter expert and own BCIR governance for regional HR in an assigned region.
You will report directly to our US & Canada Investigations Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct interviews
Gather relevant information
Prepare investigative reports
Manage and protect confidential information
Teach investigative skills
Work with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders
Provide briefings
Participate in and lead special projects as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years data investigative experience (HR investigations preferred)
2+ years of data analytics and/or project management experience
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Legal Studies, Pre-law, or related field.
Paralegal experience
Business acumen, the ability to understand the needs of diverse businesses and craft solutions to meet those needs
Ability to understand data and its application to real world problems.
Ability to understand and interpret company business code of conduct and policies
Program management skills, ability to take ideas from requirements, development to execution.
Experience in corporate investigations and compliance.
Experience in fraud detection and investigation.
Ability to talk to people and actively listen.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Communication skills, the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
Proven judgment, decision making ability and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify subtle interrelationships and patterns.
Ability to analyze complex situations.
Business acumen and the ability to understand financial documentation.
