A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in Charlotte, NC OR Des Moines, IA OR Phoenix/Chandler/Tempe, AZ OR Shoreview, MN OR Irving, TX OR San Antonio, TX OR Salt Lake City, UT. Hybrid - Onsite / Remote Work location.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Strong background in statistical modeling with data engineering (both are ideal).

• Strong skills in SAS, SQL and/or Python

• Statistical Modelling

• Neural Networks, Text Mining, AI, Machine Learning

• Communications - Ability to present findings, flag potential issues, and collaborate with team/ leadership consistently.

What You Will Be Doing

• Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs.

• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities.

• Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise.

• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise.

• Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team.

• Contributing to the Data Science team which is focused on High-Risk Regulatory Insights and Analytics with solving complex issues across the enterprise.

• Framing business issues, developing hypothesis' on how to solve through data, testing, interpreting solutions, presenting findings, and making recommendations.

• Contributing to multiple projects in a highly visible, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
