The Sr. Talent Analyst is responsible for leading and influencing talent management initiatives across and in support of the Enterprise by providing data-driven talent insights and compelling storytelling. The Sr. Talent Analyst uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify opportunities for individual, team, and organization performance achievement. The role is responsible for multiple concurrent projects/programs of varying scale, scope and complexity fueling the Talent, Performance and Executive Practices Group strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages HR analytics projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity largely developed to solve business challenges
Performs sophisticated HR data analytics (inferential statistical analysis or predictive modeling for example)
Collects and prepares HR data for analysis, performs exploratory to advanced predictive analysis and identifies relationships and patterns / trends.
Conducts data mining and complex statistical analysis of available people (HR) and financial data to determine correlation, causality and predictive modeling to resolve business situations.
Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
Works independently with some guidance on complex or unusual situations.
Leverage tools such as Excel, Tableau, Qlik, Python or R to drive analytics and enable self-service on routine queries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Technical experience with Excel, Tableau, Qlik, Python or R and other Analytic tools.
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of demonstrated experience in HR, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Analytics, Data Science or other related disciplines.
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities.
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex, technical and business problems.
Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in relevant field of work (e.g., MBA) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrix organization
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
4.. Proficiency in design, testing and implementing Workday business processes. Previous experience in Banking / Financial Services Industry
