About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Wholesale Operations Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team within Global Operations. Wholesale Operations is comprised of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations, Commercial Banking (CB) Operations, and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Operations. The Wholesale Operations DAR team is focused on maturing the data and analytic solutions across these operational units to deliver improved intelligence and insights that dive operational optimizations.

As the Senior Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for owning and driving key work and initiatives across the Wholesale operations that aligns, transforms, and matures the Data and Analytic capabilities and output of Wholesale Operations.

In this role, you will

  • Strategically address and resolve complex challenges in obtaining data, executing analysis, and building tools, visualizations, and routines to deliver actionable insights across Wholesale Operations.

  • Collaborate with operational leaders to understand and prioritize business challenges, ensuring deliverables and road maps align with business needs.

  • Design and implement plans to meet data, analytic, and reporting needs, navigating the complexities of varied business systems and fragmented data across Wholesale Operations

  • Bring clarity to ambiguous and undefined business issues, creating well defined narratives with workable solutions and expected benefits.

  • Integrate data from diverse sources, establishing new connections and maintaining existing ones.

  • Partner closely with technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver business objectives while maintaining robust and effective risk management practices.

  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to deliver insights that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Build process and routines that ensure the team outputs and insights are accurate, high quality, and reliable.

  • Utilize solid analytic skills and business acumen to deliver long term and large scale solutions

  • Provide visionary direction and expertise to implementing innovative, significant, and cross organizational business solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business and/or operational analysis.

  • Strong execution bias with excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced ability to construct executive stories/narratives and build the materials, visuals, PowerPoint that enable complex topics to be easily understood.

  • Structured thinker and communicator; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to partner and collaborate with internal clients and partners to develop and support effective solutions and strategies in a highly matrix environment.

  • Operational risk management knowledge.

  • Experience with data sourcing, report and dashboard creation, and insight generation.

  • Experience within Commercial Banking, WIM or CIB.

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations (hybrid schedule).

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
