Wells Fargo Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Total Rewards in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Incentive Management Center of Excellences - Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) team within Total Rewards . This individual will work with colleagues across Total Rewards and WIM, to administer the functional incentive plans for the Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) Branch Managers and Financial Advisors. This individual will be responsible for proper execution of controls, maintaining control and desktop procedure documentation, and driving operational excellence across the team to ensure procedures are completed accurately and timely across the team resulting in accurate functional incentive payments to the plan participants.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for the Wealth and Investment Management Incentive Compensation Administration
Lead a team supporting the incentive compensation plans for the Financial Advisors and Managers in Wells Fargo Advisors as well as practices within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network
Supervise and oversee programs supporting Wells Fargo Advisors including the Succession programs, New Hire programs, and employee bonus/loan arrangements
Act as a subject matter expert on the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation
Ownership of Controls and associated procedures
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Leadership experience with the ability to work in a face-paced environment with the ability to be a Subject Matter Expert
Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience
Experience with variable and incentive compensation
Knowledge of Wealth and Investment Management Incentive Compensation plan
Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation
Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks
Compensation Experience or other Human Resource functions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Experience navigating large, sensitive data sets
SQL Experience
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to navigate organizational change in a dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong project management skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
