Honeywell Senior Director, Sales Excellence in Charlotte, North Carolina
As a Senior Director of Sales Excellence here at Honeywell, you will be a strategic leader driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate our overall sales strategy. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing best practices, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency within the Sales Excellence organization. You will report directly to our VP of Sales Transformation & Enablement, and you will work out of Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By driving transformative initiatives and optimizing our sales operations, you will enhance our sales performance, improve effectiveness, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and drive the Sales Growth and Activation strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends.
Dive into areas for improvement with the focus of helping the selling teams see more and win more.
Manage and optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
