What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated team of home care professionals

• Visit clients in Charlotte, Anson, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and Union counties to conduct assessments

• Develop and oversee individualized care plans

• Supervise and support home health aides (HHAs) in the field

• Train and mentor new hires through orientation and competency evaluations

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of nursing experience

• Leadership skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring

• Supervisory experience is a plus

• A heart for home care and a commitment to excellence
