DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced Revenue Growth Manager who is passionate about the CPG industry?
Acosta seeks a dynamic professional to lead our business insights partnership for RGM projects . This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with a hybrid schedule that includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
Data Analysis: Analyze complex data to provide proactive guidance on pricing and promotional optimization, product mix analysis, and trade fund analysis.
Project Leadership: Lead client projects, ensuring high-quality analysis and strategic recommendations.
KPI Management: Understand and deliver data reports that drive profit and sales, validating progress against client KPIs.
Opportunity Analysis: Build compelling analyses to solve pricing and promotional challenges using advanced tools.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, delivering timely and excellent results to become a trusted advisor.
Innovation: Develop new solutions to meet client needs, backed by data-driven insights.
Presentation: Lead client meetings, explaining data points, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
Follow-Up: Summarize analysis results, creating case studies and success stories.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Related work experience can substitute for educational requirements. Category Management Certification preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of related work experience.
Skills:
Solid knowledge of the CPG industry and related tools.
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Advanced skills in plan preparation and delivering effective solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage and lead project plans independently.
