Further develop initial, continually execute and improve the Quality Management Program operational processes, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies that effectively track, monitor, and report quality of Change Execution Governance and delivery.
Provide subject matter expertise in statistical reporting and interpreting findings using independent judgment and risk management/financial services experience to facilitate practical solutions and recommendations in collaboration with Change Execution Governance (CEG) management.

Design, create, and independently manage program reporting processes by extracting, analyzing, and transforming data to support QM review and monitoring processes, to provide into actionable insights that improve business outcomes and to minimize risk.
Build and maintain Quality Management tools, forms/user interfaces, process maps, and workflows using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Visio.
Write and troubleshoot complex formulas used in reporting and tools to support data analysis and automation.
Ensure tools, reporting systems, and associated job aids are accurate, efficient, and aligned with evolving program needs.
Provide consulting, thought leadership, initial development of, and on-going effective challenge of Quality Management Program practices/processes to promote and strengthen compliance with CEG policies, procedures, and risk program requirements.
Leverage various tools (e.g. Clarity SaaS, Archer, ServiceNow, and Tableau) to extract and analyze data.
Assess, test and effectively challenge the evaluation and self-identification of CEG risk control weaknesses. Provide independent evaluation and assessment of the CEG remediation efforts to confirm adequate resolution for the areas of the program which are assigned.
Escalate material risks/issues, process enhancement and training opportunities to change execution leaders and process owners.
Identify and develop ongoing improvements to maintain processes and guidelines for conducting reviews and ensuring the accuracy of Quality Management Program reports.
Leads, with minimal supervision, in key projects and/or business-driven events, including planning and execution activities associated with change execution research and process improvement programs.
Perform supervisory reviews of work executed by less experienced teammates to ensure consistency and quality within Quality Management Program reporting and review practices.
Perform Change Execution Governance and quality management process and systems testing for new releases and enhancements.
Provide training for newly hired Quality Management Program teammates when assigned.
As needed, perform quality management reviews and document findings and recommendations. Ensure responses are provided back to Change Execution teams and/or Change Execution Governance process owners for remediation.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
Minimum of six year to eight of related experience
Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan.
Ability to communicate and make recommendations to management.
Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong knowledge of SOX and other industry-related regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of operational and other non-financial risks.
Ability to assess levels of adherence/execution and identify risk/control improvement opportunities in risk management principles/controls, broad based business practices, and Change Execution activities/processes with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information.
Demonstrated problem-solving, time management and priority setting skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Process Map definition
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, especially Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ten or more years of experience in change execution compliance, audit, or quality assurance programs
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent agile certification
Six Sigma, Quality/process improvement-related designation
