Description We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be driving project management for technical and process improvement projects. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management initiatives for technical and process improvement projects.

• Develop productivity tools to enhance project execution and efficiency.

• Manage comprehensive documentation of all project stages and ensure its accessibility to all stakeholders.

• Track project schedules, ensuring timely completion and progress reporting.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.

• Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to deliver projects.

• Monitor project risks and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential issues.

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Report on project status regularly to keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and manage project transformations. Requirements • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in management, leading teams and overseeing projects from conception to completion.

• Proficiency in creating project documentation including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.

• Exhibit strong planning and organization skills for efficient project management.

• Have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Display leadership skills necessary to drive project teams and ensure project goals are met.

• Experience in consulting, providing expert advice and strategies to team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to monitor project progress and productivity, making necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track.

• Proficiency in stakeholder management, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Experience in risk management, identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Must be comfortable working onsite and coordinating with remote teams.

• Ability to manage project timelines effectively, ensuring project deliverables are met on time.

• Experience managing teams, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.

• Proficiency in project planning, setting project goals, and allocating resources.

• Familiarity with transformation projects would be a plus.

• Ability to provide clear and concise project status updates to stakeholders.

• Experience in creating project specifications, defining project scope and deliverables.

• Must be able to adapt to changes and handle project transformations effectively.
