ManpowerGroup Process Operator/Crane in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Process Operator/Crane to join their team. As a Process Operator/Crane, you will be part of the production team supporting the shipping department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be safety-conscious, and have experience with power tools and forklifts.

What's the Job?
Measure, lay-out, cut to size, and assemble specified shipping skids, crates, boxes, or containers
Clean and prepare railcar, trailer, etc. for loading and shipping
Operate overhead crane and other lifting equipment for positioning apparatus on spray car, rail car, or truck
Clean and apply spray paint and/or preservatives to external and internal finishes on completed product
Sort, inventory, and prepare for shipment detail parts applicable to turbine components
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with power tools and forklifts
Ability to perform simple shop math, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions, and metric conversions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to adapt to various situations and adjust to shifting priorities
