Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Process Operator/Crane to join their team. As a Process Operator/Crane, you will be part of the production team supporting the shipping department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be safety-conscious, and have experience with power tools and forklifts.

Job Title: Process Operator/Crane

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

• Measure, lay-out, cut to size, and assemble specified shipping skids, crates, boxes, or containers

• Clean and prepare railcar, trailer, etc. for loading and shipping

• Operate overhead crane and other lifting equipment for positioning apparatus on spray car, rail car, or truck

• Clean and apply spray paint and/or preservatives to external and internal finishes on completed product

• Sort, inventory, and prepare for shipment detail parts applicable to turbine components

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience with power tools and forklifts

• Ability to perform simple shop math, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions, and metric conversions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to adapt to various situations and adjust to shifting priorities
