We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud ERP Manager to join our Finance team. As the Oracle Cloud ERP Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms. This position requires an excellent background in finance processes, coupled with technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM and integrations. As part of the Oracle Center of Excellence team, the incumbent will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT departments to deliver on key objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Functional ownership of Oracle ERP modules including: Financials, Procurement, Project Management, Risk Management, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Analytics

  • Supervise a team of at least one Oracle Analyst, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment in support of the team's and organization's goals

  • Lead the implementation and integration of new Oracle features and functionality within the Finance department ensuring successful change management and adoption

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP/EPM processes, enhance efficiency, and automate the way we work

  • Ensure the seamless functioning of our Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM environments, working with our Manage Service Provider (MSP) to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

  • Provide training and support to finance team members on Oracle Cloud functionalities

  • Lead Oracle quarterly testing communication and effort for entire organization

  • Act as a liaison between the Finance department and external vendors or consultants for ERP-related matters

  • Stay abreast of trends and updates related to Oracle Cloud, advising the finance team on industry best practices and potential enhancements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Data Interpretation: Skills to correctly extract, analyze and intuit meaningful information or data from the various data sources such as structured and unstructured dataset, charts, tables, graphs, etc.

  • Maintains working knowledge of finance and accounting systems and applications (e.g. consolidation, reporting)

  • Demonstrates knowledge of a broad set of accounting principles and techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 year degree required, advanced degree in business, information systems or analytics is a plus

  • 8+ years of proven hands-on experience implementing and managing Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM applications for various customers/clients

  • In-depth understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
