AI & Data practitioners work with our clients to:
Design and modernize large scale data and analytics programs that promote organizational intelligence, provide embedded capacity, and implement as-a-service based subscription models at scale
Enable day-to-day operations, maintenance and ongoing enhancements of their data platforms and applications as well as managing and governing the underlying data leveraging standardized, automated and AI enabled Data Ops capabilities
Mature their AI and Analytics journey with fluid capacity and flexible capability of AI and Analytics experts complemented with experience hardened assets and curated data sets to experiment with AI and scale their AI and Analytics ambitions

Work You'll Do
Collaborating amongst team members across several geographies, our Cloud practitioners engineer cloud-based analytics solutions on AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, Oracle, Informatica Cloud and a combination of native cloud technologies, including computing at edge and curating data-in-motion.
A Specialist Leader in our AI & Data Team serves as a senior advisor for the firm and for our clients by leveraging deep subject matter knowledge to manage and deliver large, complex client engagements. that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large cross industry clients. They focus primarily on client service delivery but also drive sales activities and thought leadership in their area of expertise.
A Specialist Leader contributes to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Engagement Management/Delivery: Bring the breadth and depth of Deloitte's capabilities and talent to deliver technical solutions which allow clients to achieve their business strategy. Present technical solution alternatives and recommendations aligned with the client's business and technology objectives. Participate in project estimating, planning, contracting and staffing activities. Manage technical and/or functional teams to design, build, test and implement solutions. Anticipate, raise, and resolve issues which pose risk to the project. Monitor progress and quality. Track and report status.
Client Management: Advise client business and technology leaders. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
Business Development: Participate in sales pursuits as a pursuit lead or subject matter advisor. Participate in the oral presentation of the proposal to highlight relevant experiences that position Deloitte as the preferred supplier. Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers at clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to help grow the account.
Eminence: Lead go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff. Author or co-author articles, whitepapers, or presentations. Speak at conferences, universities, or other forums to promote Deloitte's brand.
People Development: Perform role of mentor and coach to help others achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in community, recruiting and onboarding activities. Develop staffing plans and screen candidates for positions on projects. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices. Perform regular check-ins with team members and people for which you coach as a part of the performance management process.
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years experience with relevant technology consulting experience to include: enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
2+ years of experience shaping Executive-level conversations and providing strategic advice, including selling and solutioning Cloud Analytics professional services deals, with a proven track record in sales origination
5+ years experience leading and delivering complex Oracle cloud-based data and analytics technology engagements with large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments with resources in multiple locations
8+ years experience with the following:
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),
Oracle Fusion Analytics (FDI/FAW),
Oracle Fusion Cloud and BI products & applications, and
Cloud based data integration strategies
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Understanding of emerging technologies (such as GenAI) and advanced data architectures (ie: Multimodal data management & model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, etc.)
Cloud analytics experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
Demonstrated experience driving both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and leading the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Demonstrated experience with management and delivery of multiple strategic engagements for large global organization

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725 to $322,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
