Senior Microsoft Teams Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Microsoft Teams Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and optimizing Microsoft Teams environments within a large financial services organization.
Responsibilities:
Ensure operational readiness for Microsoft Teams and supporting services (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business).
Improve incident management and troubleshooting processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Teams support and operations.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on Microsoft Teams conferencing design and support.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for engineering and operational teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a large financial services company.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams deployment, operations, and troubleshooting.
Expertise in cloud connectivity and network infrastructures supporting enterprise architecture.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams design and management.
Experience with voice services, particularly Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice.
Proficiency in Azure AD, O365 license management, and O365 Groups.
Familiarity with O365 Guest Access and third-party product integration.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow, and O365 Groups.
Previous experience with Lync and Skype for Business.
5-10 years of experience in an engineering role.
