Job Summary
Novant Health is seeking a Compensation Manager. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for the management of all corporate total compensation programs and participating in the strategic planning of those programs. Directs the research, development, implementation and monitoring of compensation plans. Counsels with management regarding the application of sound compensation, principles and practice. Oversees the compliance with legal requirements associated with compensation. Candidate should have 5-7 years or more in compensation.

Qualifications
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years successful supervisory/management experience, required. Experience in the healthcare industry. Familiarity and experience with PeopleSoft. Experience with working with team members and leaders at various levels in the organization, preferred.
