Lead IT Analyst

Lead IT Analyst for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

Responsible for transformative digital programs for self-service customer portals and customer experience across businesses and geographies.

Work towards an industry leading API and Microservices based digital landscape.

Work closely with service owner for Portal in building the roadmap for features introduction, feature implementation and deployment across various businesses within Honeywell.

Responsible for analyzing the business requirements and solutions that align with enterprise standards and enhance the customer experience.

Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture, and assess project requirements and produce required documentation.

Work with UX to create wireframes to explain the requirements and draft user stories.

Provide business requirements that technical leads can translate into architected solutions.

Work on projects to implement the user stories captured.

Oversee projects that are supported by junior resources, establishing an MOS to ensure adherence to cost/schedule/scope commitments.

Collaborate with technical resource to ensure the solution is developed per the requirements.

Ensure solution is tested and validated to achieve desired outcome, including support of end users with systems validation Configure platforms, leveraging the out of the box software platform capabilities.

Responsible to own the customer portal functional onboarding roadmaps of multiple Honeywell business units, guide them on annual object planning and implementation of the same.

Location: Charlotte, NC

40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, and seven (7) years of Information Technology experience. Full term of experience must include: applied mathematical theories and techniques to solve practical problems in business and engineering; Improve business decisions by interpreting data and reporting conclusions from data analysis; designing scalable enterprise applications; implementing best practices for solutioning application/infrastructure architecture; implementing logical design to solve complex business problems; analytical and problem solving capabilities; performing System design and Gap Analysis; and serving as link between technology departments and organizational management helping to abstract real business problems into software or models and then translating the results back to better real world outcomes. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week.
