Banking Call Center Representative

Introduction

Our leading banking client is seeking dedicated customer service professionals to join their wire transfer services team in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate will have close to 2 years of call center experience, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of call center experience (banking call center strongly preferred) OR call center and teller experience

• Knowledge of wire transfers desirable

• Excellent phone presence

• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple software/programs at once

• Ability to keep a cool head during more complex or escalated calls

Schedule

This is a full-time, 3 month contract in Charlotte, NC. After training, there is a hybrid working schedule (3 days per week in office). Hours of operation are 8am-6pm EST, Monday to Friday. Shifts will be 8 hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.75
