Job Title: HEO Technician

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) Technicians for multiple jobsites in the Charlotte area. As a licensed sitework contractor, we specialize in asphalt, mass grading, concrete, and site utilities. Operators will be responsible for operating bulldozers and excavators to fine grade building pads, as well as performing labor work when necessary. This includes assisting with road and curb crews and performing basic shovel work. Candidates who excel in labor roles will have the opportunity to be trained on various equipment such as rollers, articulated dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and backhoes after proving themselves in the labor field for six months.

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work Environment

This is an open-aired construction environment where candidates will be exposed to various weather conditions, both hot and cold. Work will take place on wide open sites or on road crews where buildings have gone vertical. Roads will not be open to the public. A strong emphasis on safety is maintained at all times.
