Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our brand’s vision to life through visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring that all visuals are consistent with the company’s brand identity and goals. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful visuals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Create print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, and other marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.

• Develop and maintain the company’s visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.

• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to deliver final assets on schedule.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
