Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Foreign Exchange Senior Digital Product Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Role and Responsibility: Leverage Foreign Exchange subject matter expertise to collaborate with and backup other FX product owners as well as provide API validation environment leadership for positive experiences for external customers and partners. Work closely with the FX product owners, technical leaders, and business leaders to create meaningful customer value with our current and emerging connectivity. Participate and lead the team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of FX and digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with FX/digital peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Create and manage API validation environment best practices. Blend of open banking, digitalization, cloud migration, and process reengineering. Remote / telecommute work available, up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in office at the location listed.

Required Qualifications :

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role involving Foreign Exchange (FX) digital product management experience.

Specific skills required:

  • Four (4) years of Foreign Exchange (FX) experience including FX Products, FX Rates, Cross Border Payments and Settlements

  • Experience supporting or managing API validation environments

  • Experience with Agile practices and framework (Kanban, Scrum, user stories etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools including Confluence and Jira.

  • Experience within a large-scale financial institution with a focus on online banking, digitalization, cloud, process reengineering and relevant IT programs including SQL, Postman, and Splunk

  • Technical experience with API protocol and formats including SOAP and REST

  • Experience with Cloud Services, Java, JSON, JavaScript, Microservices, Performance Testing, Shell Scripting, Swift, MongoDB, Apache Tomcat, and XML
