Job Description

An employer is looking for a support engineer who can speak fluent and native Japanese.

This team supports top customers who are looking for quick, rapid response time around Windows Defender and 0365 products.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of support experience within security, networking, some cloud

-Native speaker in Japanese, someone who has supported customers in Japanese

-Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills Windows Defender null
