About The Role:
As a CBRE Ethics & Compliance Project Analyst, you will work under the supervision of the Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Ambassador Program leader. The analyst will be exposed to various global ethics and compliance initiatives and activities, primarily in the areas of CBRE’s RISE values, Standards of Business Conduct and company policies, the E&C Ambassadors program, and ethics and compliance training.
The E&C Ambassador Program is a global network of CBRE employees who volunteer their time who help bridge the gap between our business and CBRE’s Ethics & Compliance team. They raise awareness of relevant compliance topics (anti-fraud, human rights/modern slavery issues, bullying, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering, etc.) within lines of business, and help promote a speak-up culture and cultivate alignment of our RISE values across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Assisting with the administration of the E&C Ambassador Program, especially with communications, scheduling training calls, and developing resources and materials for use by the Ambassadors in raising awareness around E&C topics and issues.
Provide input and support the design, development, delivery, and management of the Global E&C Ambassador Program.
Support transformation and change management activities for the Global Ethics & Compliance program generally, and support training and communications for other E&C initiatives and campaigns.
Build engaging presentations and communications for internal and external partners on E&C topics, including Board, audit committee, and other materials or presentations for the Chief Risk, Ethics and Compliance Officer, the VP, Ethics Program office, and the Deputy Ethics & Compliance Officer.
Edit videos and build marketing materials to promote and support the E&C Ambassador program globally, including translation coordination.
Produce a quarterly newsletter to update E&C Ambassadors on program initiatives and Legal, Risk Compliance updates.
Assist in crafting campaigns to promote awareness of the program and recruit new E&C Ambassadors.
Apply project management skills to supervise initiatives and breakthroughs related to the program.
Assist with coordinating and facilitating monthly compliance training & engagement activities.
Assist with maintaining ambassador dashboard/leaderboard and analyzing data to identify areas that need coverage.
Other duties assigned, as vital and assist with other program management activities across global ethics and compliance when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, communication, or ethics and compliance roles.
Strong interpersonal skills, creative and strategic thinker, self-starter and self-motivated
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in video editing software.
Experience with Photoshop or other graphic design software is a plus.
Experience with using Zoom for hosting and running virtual meetings and webinars is required.
Experience with Mentimeter for interactive presentations is helpful but not required.
Experience with Smartsheet for project management is helpful but not required.
Ability to work flexibly to accommodate other time zones when vital.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $75,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
