• Pay: $14.50/hour

• Shift: 8 hour shift between the hours of 6:00AM-10:00PM CST

• Ability to choose shift upon offer

• MUST be able to work one weekend day per week

• Fully remote position (CANNOT reside in GA, CA, NH, SD, WA, or AR)

Job Description

• Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest control inspections

• Handle inbound phone calls and occasional outbound to follow up with customers regarding appointment scheduling

• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests

• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, etc.

• Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, warranties, delivery date, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/call center experience

• HS diploma or equivalent

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable with high queue of phone calls

• Work from home capabilities (high speed internet and a designated remote work space)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50/hr.
