Please review the following job description:

Manage a portfolio of private real estate developers and investors nationwide. Banker is the primary point of contact, responsible for maintaining existing client relationships as well as developing strategies to optimize capital outcomes for the bank. Revenue enhancements for maintain clients when applicable to deliver revenue growth for the line of business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for all aspects of client management including driving execution of credit facilities and treasury management services.

  2. Act as lead point of contact for clients by executing on a defined strategic plan.

  3. Engage with product partners across the bank including Capital Markets, Treasury, Agency and Mortgage Banking in an effort to provide proactive solutions to client needs.

  4. Employ astute risk management by maintaining satisfactory credit risk standards, risk review assessments, audit results and compliance results.

  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior line of business management and senior credit risk management for asset type deep dives, portfolio management, and market overviews.

  6. Stay informed on industry developments, trends and competitive data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field, and specific knowledge/experience with supporting educational background, or equivalent education and related training

  2. Minimum eight (8), preferred fifteen (15) years of related experience, preferably all in Commercial Real Estate Banking

  3. Strong analytical problem-solving skills; Formal CRE credit training preferred.

  4. Effective interpersonal communication

  5. Proven negotiating ability

  6. Strong business acumen (i.e. critical thinking and decision making)

  7. Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry, including deep fundamental understanding of Real Estate development and investment

  8. Knowledge of accounting, financial, operational, regulatory and information technology systems

  9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

  10. Competence in Real Estate Finance modeling
