Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to become a part of our team in the printing/publishing industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28202, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. As a Collections Specialist, you will also be expected to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations within the collection processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee business-to-business collections operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.

• Address customer inquiries, providing exemplary service and resolving issues promptly.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy and clarity.

• Monitor customer accounts, identifying any irregularities or issues and taking appropriate action.

• Utilize Excel formulas and Microsoft Excel for various collection and customer management tasks.

• Supervise collection processes, ensuring they are carried out in a detail oriented and effective manner.

• Uphold a high standard of commercial collections, adhering to industry best practices. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B collections is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas is required

• Comprehensive understanding of collection operations is essential

• Expertise in collection processes is expected

• Experience in commercial collections is mandatory

• Previous work in the Printing/Publishing industry is desirable

• Knowledge of general collections practices is a must
