Novant Health Pharmacy department is seeking a Clinic Administrator. The Clinic Administrator I wil manage over 20 direct reports for our virtual clinic. The Clinic Administrator must be adaptable to change, lead Recruitment for ancillary services and Patient Experience. Manages and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations. This is an entry to mid-level practice management position with a minimum to moderate level of complexity and e xhibits teamwork, organizational skills and professionalism. Work within a team to achieve patient and team goals. Share and initiate regular and professional communication with co-workers. Facilitate and participate in regular staff meetings. Medical group experience, refill protocols and working clinical pools

Practice scope is minimal to moderate for number of staff and potential revenue. Instills shared vision and purpose. Drives value-added results. Creates and sustains remarkable leaders. Inspires people to achieve. Communicates and builds relationships. Embodies servant leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.

  • Additional Skills (required): Current and future trends/practice in area of responsibility; regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures; information systems and software used in area of responsibility; equipment used in performing assigned duties; application of safety and infection control policies and procedures; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing, payroll and purchasing processes; implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes; teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models; decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations.
