Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our organization operates within the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry. The selected individual will be part of a team where their main function will involve managing cash applications and related tasks, leveraging various software systems and tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary action to collect overdue payments

• Utilizing the Oracle Fusion system for collections and cash applications

• Operating Accounting Software Systems and CRM for managing customer data

• Leveraging ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlining operations

• Using Great Plains (GPAC) for managing financial and business operations

• Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

• Managing Billing Functions and overseeing Cash Activity

• Utilizing Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion HCM for financial management and human capital management respectively

• Generating Crystal Reports for data analysis and business intelligence. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required

• Ability to generate, analyze and interpret data from Crystal Reports

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is preferred

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is a plus

• Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is necessary

• Experience in Billing Functions is preferred

• Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently is required

• Experience in Cash Applications is needed

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Fusion Financials, and Oracle Fusion HCM is desired

• Applicants must have a clear understanding of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
