This hybrid position is based in our Charlotte, NC office.
Responsibilities:
Dive Deep and Master the Domain: Immerse yourself in understanding our business, technology stack, products, and user base to drive strategic product development and shape our product vision.
Collaborate and Co-Create: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, UX Designers, and tech teams to translate complex business problems into innovative, real-world solutions.
Build Connections and Relationships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, turning insights into actionable strategies.
Plan and Drive Execution: Engage in agile planning processes, from feature definition to backlog prioritization, ensuring everything aligns with our big-picture goals and our products are both visionary and viable.
Test and Ensure Quality: Lead User Acceptance Testing to make sure our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree - your launchpad into tech innovation and the foundation of your career.
1+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role - your initial adventure into shaping product strategy, even if you’re just starting out.
Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills - essential for teamwork and relationship-building.
Analytical curiosity - to decode complex business challenges and turn them into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive under pressure - in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges.
Passion for technology and innovation - a drive to stay updated with the latest tech trends and continuously improve products.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
