Wells Fargo Analytics Consultant - Marketing Reconciliation in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytic Consultant to support the Offer Fulfillment Team within the Enterprise Marketing Services group. The Analytics Consultant will manage the daily reconciliation of cash and rate offers which involves GL and other financial tools for reconciliation including control execution, bonus offer inquiries payment support and campaign setup. The Analytic Consultant will also provide ad-hoc analytics for EMS Offer Management leadership, marketing partners, and the overall Offer Fulfillment team.

In this role, you will:
Perform daily reconciliation using Iris/Eagle Web tools
Perform daily reconciliation for closed accounts using 1OFC (One Official Checks)
Use functional analytic operational knowledge to assist in GL, AU reconciliation
Setup of new campaigns on multiple tools including Naehas, Aprimo and Excel.
Perform analysis of findings and trends using existing analytic templates and document process for reporting.
Be able to present recommendations based on data from daily financial and analytic reports
Execute controls for Offer Fulfillment team which includes GL and SQL processes for reporting.
Provide ad-hoc analytic support for Offer Fulfillment team requests to make recommendations and provide guidance for peers
Understand control, compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and partners within Offer Management.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience using Iris Web/ Eagle Web Tools
Experience with marketing cash offers fulfillment processing
General Analytic experience using SQL
Understanding of Compliance Risk Control Procedures
Experience with management of the daily payment reconciliation process
Ability to execute SQL Scripts and understand analytic concepts
Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00
