Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position supports the unit through program- and unit-level record-keeping (old and new business), schedule building and submission, recruitment and processing of part-time faculty, maintenance of the unit website, program- and unit-meeting support (minutes), Chair scheduling (calendar), and unit-related reservations.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through four years of specialized office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through four years of specialized office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree Preferred.
Prior office support experience and/or office managerial experience.
Experience with Banner system preferred.
Proficiency with Google apps (docs, sheets) and Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to details needed.
Exceptional organizational skills needed.
