Impact Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in the North Charlotte area.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the President with daily administrative tasks and projects.
Prepare and send out quotes and invoices to clients.
Perform payroll data entry and assist with related administrative tasks.
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Support monthly closing entries and assist with financial record-keeping.
Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite to perform various tasks.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to facilitate communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with the engineering field is beneficial.
Schedule:
Part-time hours initially, with the potential to transition to full-time based on training and company needs. Typical hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
