ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a leading global company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative department supporting several leaders with calendar management, international business travel, and additional functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Title: Lead Administrative Assistant
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $37-$42 per hour
What's the Job?
Manage calendars for several leaders
Coordinate meetings and handle travel arrangements and expenses
Assist with various administrative tasks
Provide high level of discretion and professionalism
Work independently and as part of a team
What's Needed?
6-8 years of experience supporting multiple levels of leaders in an administrative assistant capacity
2 years of SAP and trade compliance experience
Bachelors Degree or similar experience required
Previous experience in an executive support role is preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional communication skills
