FirstService Residential Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Overview:
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator,you’llbe responsible forperforming daily tasks related to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations of the AccountsReceivable Departmentand our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Post charges, credits, returned payments and payment transfers asappropriate onowners
accounts
Handle the posting of deposits to accounting systems
Review,researchand respond to emails
Process closings (sales, resales, foreclosures, bankruptcy etc.)
Update andmaintainowner information in theappropriate systems
Process name changes
Add and/or edit owner addresses in theappropriate systems
Other duties as assigned
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for the role
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent
Experience in accounts receivable related bookkeeping
High levelof attention to detail
Possess anddemonstratestrong customer service skills and interpersonal skills, including clearwritten and oral communications whilemaintaininga professional demeanor
Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
Proficiencyin computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windowsrequired.
Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
