Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing cash applications, and conducting bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and record financial data

• Conduct bank account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient accounting operations

• Ensure all accounting functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Ability to perform Billing Functions is needed

• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations is indispensable

• Proficiency in executing Bank Account Reconciliation is crucial
