Adecco has an opening for a Warehouse Material Handler in the Central Fill Pharmacy of a major pharmaceutical company at their Jeffersonville, Indiana location. Apply today!

This role entails picking and packing prescriptions, preparing them for shipment. The hiring manager is eager to meet candidates with one to two years of recent experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center. Candidates with pharmacy experience will receive immediate consideration.

Job Location - Onsite- Jeffersonville, Indiana

Pay Rate: The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 17.00-$ 17.31

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Schedule -

Mondays- 9:00am-6:30pm

Tuesday thru Friday 10am-7:30pm

Saturday- 12:00pm-8:30pm

What do we need from you?

· High School Degree or equivalent experience

· 1-2 years of recent warehouse or fulfillment center experience

· Pharmacy Experience is a big plus!

· Basic computer skills

· Basic mathematic skills

· Operate a hand truck/dolly

· Operate scanning units

Job Duties / Requirements

Systematic setup of new product in bin locations.

· Help Finance research and rectify out-of-sync variances as it relates to PO adjustments.

· Assist with product recalls and quarantines.

· Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions when production requires.

· Replenish product into cells for the company's automated machines.

· Adhere to and promote the company's Shared I-CARE principles.

· Follow federal and state laws regarding HIPAA and PHI.

· Assist in any additional clerk/pharmacy technician duties.

· Pick, pack, and ship prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customers in a fast-paced semi-automated production environment.

· Ability to fill, pack, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

· Read computer-generated screens, find indicated merchandise on labeled shelves, and verify quantity and dosage of the product before selecting for order.

· Examine stock and distribute materials in inventory.

· Responsible for maintenance and housekeeping, proper storage of goods, ensuring correct and reliable shelf labels for merchandise locations, and other duties as assigned.

· May require mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line. Able to consistently carry 20 - 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor.

• Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.

• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.31 per hour
