West Virginia Employer Technical Services Inspector in Charleston, West Virginia
Technical Services Inspector with at least five years of experience needed to work full-time with federal/state funded affordable housing loan agency. Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years experience in both single & multi-family building construction sites, and be able to travel statewide. Will perform skilled work involving the inspection of building construction, housing rehabilitation, and existing rental housing as well as evaluating structures for eligibility or suitability for occupancy under current federal affordable housing programs. This employee will have access to sensitive and confidential data; therefore, confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
