In this position...

Ford Motor Credit Company is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its Customer Domain team. As a TPM for Customer Domain you will collaborate extensively inside and outside of the team, driving collaboration with stakeholders, product management, and software engineering. You will contribute your strength in creating clarity to reduce risk and improve quality. With your learner’s mindset, you will grow and develop as an leader, as a team member, and as a champion for Ford.

What you'll do...

  • Create transparent work programs in terms of requirements and outcomes.

  • Facilitate and achieve clarity with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, outcomes, and priorities.

  • Collaborate within the team on roadmapping, refinement and prioritization of the team’s upcoming work.

  • Analyze and recommend creation of and improvements to domain capabilities based on stakeholder needs, internal technical health, and data-driven measurements such as A/B tests and SLAs.

  • Contribute to the shared learning of the team and broader organization.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Program Management, a similar business discipline, a technical discipline with significant relevant work experience, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least five years’ experience in a program management or product management role working collaboratively with senior-level business and technology leaders.

  • Demonstrable experience in partnership with stakeholders to create and communicate clear expectations, objectives and outcomes.

  • Demonstrable experience working in a product or program space based on Domain-Driven Design is a big plus.

  • Experience developing and prioritizing strategic roadmaps based on a diverse set of inputs.

  • Experience working in and leading in an Agile-based environment.

  • Experience analyzing data to identify areas of growth, extract meaningful trends and patterns, and recommend actions.

  • Experience working with critical systems.

  • Working knowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) is a plus.

  • Technologies / Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, Rally/Jira, data visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau, data platforms such as Postgres, BigQuery, or CloudSQL. Familiarity with technologies used by software engineers is helpful, including Java, GCP, Git/Github, CloudBuild.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Relevant Agile framework certifications, including SPC, CSM, CSPO.

  • GAQM Certified Project Director.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black.

  • Any PMI certification.

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 .
