At Humana, we are leading the industry in payer-to-provider interoperability and driving better outcomes for our providers and members. In this role, you will be overseeing the provider implementation of all Interoperability products. You will lead and advise on implementations for our electronic medical record vendor partners as well as act as an implementation SME in support of our recruiting, operations, and market teams. You will aide our partners in providing vendor and product connectivity recommendations and roadmaps- directly contributing to the growth and success of interoperability.
As an Enterprise Transformation Senior Program Delivery Professional, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with understanding and delivering information about our 10+ Products (e.g., Medical Record Retrieval, Point of Care Alerts, etc.). To be successful in this position understand how to successfully deliver and track implementations for our interoperability products. You will work cross functionally to form partnerships that help Humana’s Interoperability team achieve strategic enterprise goals. Performance will largely be measured by growth of our connected provider landscape, and scale of products implemented by said providers. You will troubleshoot any post production validation issues and triage as needed provider issues for the first 90 days post implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
· Co-Lead, lead & support product implementations with EMR Vendors and Humana IT teams.
· Communicate market and provider implementation goals.
· Support the expansion of our market and provider interoperability footprint across identified provider targets for multiple EMR’s.
· Communicate with internal and external partners regarding day-to-day and long-term efforts.
· Support the building and maintenance of positive relationships with EHR vendors, product owners and market partners.
· Optimize and implement product growth with existing provider partners.
· Track and support the MRA process for Epic Payer platform.
· Coordinate and track implementation of EMR capabilities & strategies.
· Work with Product Owners to understand & implement existing enhancements and new products as applicable.
· Provide input into the broader interoperability strategy.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelors’ degree in healthcare studies, IT, business, or related field.
· 2+ years of IT & project implementation experience
· SQL Scripting experience, reading, writing and running SQL Script
· Proficient in Excel
· Ability to travel 10-15%.
Preferred Qualifications
· Testing acumen
· 3+ years healthcare experience
· Reporting & report creation experience
· Prior experience working on or around vendors, interoperability and/or IT teams.
· Project Management Experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
