Job Title: Production Worker Job Description: Multiple manufacturing companies in Putnam County, WV, are seeking Production Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate will support assembly line operations, ensure production standards are met, and monitor items during the assembly process. Key Responsibilities: Assemble items on a production line according to company standards. Ensure production quality and standards are met consistently. Monitor products during the assembly process for defects or issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Ability to stand for extended periods. Previous production experience is preferred but not required. Must pass a drug test. Schedule: Hours vary by shift and company. Compensation: Pay range: $13.50 - $15.57 per hour.
