Job Summary

As the Organizational Change Manager you will lead the analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements, structure communication, and change management, with experience motivating through action and words digital adoption, process redesign and internal and public communication.

Job Description

We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager to support application and data migrations, modernization efforts, strategic enterprise communications both internal and public, end-user communication expert, experienced creating and managing an OCM & communication playbook. This position will be a full-time 2 year contract and remote .

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of new technology platforms and process redesigns

  • Develop and execute change management strategies, roadmaps, and approaches

  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and management programs, change impact analysis, culture assessments, user engagement, and readiness assessments

  • Create and deliver training strategies, needs assessments, and plans

  • Plan, design, and deliver change management and training programs across various contexts

  • Utilize standard program and project tools to create dashboards, project schedules, status reports, and meeting agendas.

  • Work with HIPAA-constrained data elements, EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, or claims processing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, and Finance to ensure successful transformation and integration

  • Utilize excellent analytical, judgment, tact, and decision-making skills to manage risks and ensure timely delivery

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and communications to stakeholders

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 10 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Process Re-Design experience

  • 10 years of experience leading Enterprise Platform Modernization Efforts

  • Experience leading AT LEAST 2-3 end-to-end large-scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations

  • 5 years of experience working as part of an enterprise PMO

  • Proscii or similar Formal OCM process experience

  • Experience negotiating and influencing

  • Leveraging established change management methodologies and tools to execute plans and support implementation and adoption of new ways of working

  • Designing & delivering effective change management strategy, approach & plans working with the project & client team for the transformation program

  • Working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success

  • Designing and develop holistic change management strategies that articulate how change will be managed throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques

  • Delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation

  • Conducting stakeholder, readiness, & impact assessments, communication design & execution, training plan design & facilitation for change management

  • Designing and delivering material utilizing the various channels of communications to drive awareness, education and engagement across organization

  • Designing, developing and roll-out communication strategy and materials

  • Working with various relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure buy-in

  • Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are CRITICAL for this role

Preferred:

  • Experienced with Prosci change management methodology

  • OCM certifications such as OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc. (include dates each cert was obtained on resume)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
