WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The American Red Cross Blue Sky finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to coordinate and supervise staff responsible for preparing information affecting financial plans and/or financial analysis for the Community Adaptation Program, Long Term Recovery, DRO Case Sampling and Business Support Intelligence BSI. May establish and coordinate applicable financial systems and procedures for financial reporting to program's leadership.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): Analyze financial data related to LTR operations, CAP & BSI business performance, opportunities, investments, due diligence etc. Supervise financial analysis projects, forecasting, and due diligence process that allows sound controls and mitigation factors in decision making. Manage volunteers responsible for DRO Case Sampling. This includes ensuring the program has enough volunteers and being up to date with changes in DCS casework and compliance updates. Ensure that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable governmental regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies. Supervise employees engaged in the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements supported by the General Ledger, Payables, and other relevant reports. Responsible for managing budgets, maintaining BVAs for program and supporting leadership with discretionary, compensation and other necessary reports.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. CPA may be preferred.
