As Softchoice's Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the driving force that empowers businesses to capitalize on the vast opportunities presented by digital transformation. Excelling in a collaborative sales environment, you adapt to evolving customer needs. Your versatility and agility in learning enable you to understand diverse perspectives and translate them into innovative solutions. Working with the Enterprise segment, you will drive executive level conversations that will assist our clients in bridging business gaps and achieving their objectives through technology. Most importantly, you will accomplish this alongside one of North America's most trusted technology services and solutions providers.
What you'll do: You are an out of the box thinker who can put yourself in the shoes of the customer to understand their needs, motivations and potential objections. You have a knack for predicting and influencing buyer behaviour and synthesizing data and insights to align with the needs of the customer. You leverage your strategic mindset to drive successful outcomes and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you prioritize the customer in everything you do, viewing selling as a strategic partnership. You deeply understand your customer's business, enabling you to lead with personalized market insights and compelling cases for change and innovation. You guide customers towards success by helping them envision and achieve their goals. For you, customer success is synonymous with our success. You are a natural hunter with a drive to exceed sales targets while also helping our customers exceed theirs. You excel in prospecting, identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.
Collaborating with our partners, you will work alongside executives from the world's most innovative tech companies to deliver fresh and bold new solutions. You drive both professional and managed services that enhance customer value and satisfaction. You achieve all of this while supporting your team members, upholding excellent business acumen, expertly managing your pipeline, and demonstrating true leadership when challenges arise.
What you'll bring to the table: 8+ years of sales experience. 5+ years in enterprise selling preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market growth plans. Demonstrated tenacity in pursuing and prospecting new clients, developing business, and networking passionately. Experience in driving and leading large, complex sales solutions and engagements. Proven ability to drive service engagements by identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring success. Understanding of enterp
