A fast-growing local company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks. Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining inventory of supplies, performs data entry, typing documents and correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and faxing, and keeping office neat and tidy. Qualifications: A high school diploma or the equivalent At least one year of previous work experience Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner Good verbal and written communication skills Good customer service and problem solving skills Clerical skills including word processing and filing Rate of pay based on experience - $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
