Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Controller to join the Charleston plant finance department. The Product Controller will lead detailed financial planning and analysis for Electrified Motion division product line at the Charleston production facility. Tasks will include month end variance analysis, quarterly result forecasting, cost reduction measures tracking, multi-year business planning of production costs, unit cost calculation of production costs, and reporting of financial results to plant and divisional executive leadership.
Principal Responsibilities:
Lead all financial planning and analysis processes for the Electrified Motion division product line as part of the value stream at the production facility.
Analyze and evaluation monthly financial results and advise management.
Lead all monthly, quarterly, yearly, and long-term forecasting process for product line.
Create cost targets for annual business plan and analyze input in SAP to ensure compliance with margin, cost and KPI planning for product line.
Prepare and deliver presentations to plant, corporate, and executive management related to standard reporting processes of financial results.
Perform investment analysis – discounted cash flow, net present value and internal rate of return analysis.
Support product line with part number setup, costing and release.
Evaluate cost savings measures identified within the product line and estimate dollar impacts on new acquisitions.
Monitor KPI performance to support successful achievement of business plan targets.
Participate in global benchmarking efforts and lead local product line cost benchmarking analysis.
Ensure traceability and compliance with internal procedures through proper documentation and approvals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing controlling, finance or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software (ERP systems, Power BI, etc.).
SAP experience preferred
